i have totally worked 1.5 years in this company and if i talk about the job role it was like a precious work experience but if i talk about the management and some kind of senior like AM and manager he was not supporting and as well, I wanted to say thanks to the process because i had learned lots of thing from there !

If u work here u have gain confidence in English speaking, a good option to work here with minimum salary and taken English skills calls and get more confident how to talking.

There are not anything good of this company like working hours, week offs, self respect, if u ask for Sunday off than supervisor told u this is govt process also but not a govt job Even if you are a rank 1 employee,, 🙏

Salary date is 15 but it credits by 28 of next month. Time to reach is 01:30 but needs to reach at 1pm otherwise they will mark halfday or if we get late then we will not get computer system there. Everything. Very toxic environment, all the Tl, Sl, AM, GM are all toxic people always shouting at other employees. Very hectic time table, will have to complete the total 9 hours login. If the login hour is less than 9hrs by even 1 or 2 mins then they'll consider it as a half day no matter how hard you worked that day. And tere is a target of Average call handling time of 240 seconds which is nearly impossible to maintain and they will deduct your sallary for that also if you AHT is above 240. TLS Nd SM behavior was good. Other then nothing

No job security no salary clearity. They can diduct ur salary without any appropriate reason. And u don't know when they can fired u. And for women no women security. I was the HR there and completed the hiring of Unacedemy process. They do not have any system for the manpower controlling and when batches were over welmed they asked joiners to kindly leave the organisation. They do not employee respectfully, they do not pay us the salary on time almost they hold salary upto 2 months, they do not have proper seating arrangement for the candidates, This so called company have nothing to with people....Read More
