Very toxic environment, all the Tl, Sl, AM, GM are all toxic people always shouting at other employees. Very hectic time table, will have to complete the total 9 hours login. If the login hour is less than 9hrs by even 1 or 2 mins then they'll consider it as a half day no matter how hard you worked that day. And tere is a target of Average call handling time of 240 seconds which is nearly impossible to maintain and they will deduct your sallary for that also if you AHT is above 240. Don't waste your time in this sh*ty company....Read More
