The work culture is amazing, all the staffs are supportive and cooperative and professional.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the college. Everything is good.

Work Details

My experience was tremendous during my stay NTDP. It is a 11 am to 5 pm job where a faculty has to take a maximum of 2 periods of theory class per day a nd a laboratory class and if necessary other administarative works. So work life was simple.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employee Benefits

Holidays and vacation unlike a private job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
