Work Details

I used to lead the team of 7 analysts as a senior executive, in QUALITY CONTROL department, strict timely work.Review of the raw data generated by the QC analysts.performing the Medicines analysis according to the standard testing procedure.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
