Tier 1 city branches have good members and management . but all other tier two areas have very toxic and bad work . i work in borivali branch and there its brancb manger only scold at us and we were intern and they used to tell us to do field work . no learning or no experience if you are in Mumbai pls join Andheri branda and sobo branches there only you get good people who will hepl you
