At Nitrous Design Studio, Prioritizing employees wellbeing: We were told that the team was the company's biggest investment, yet actions rarely reflected that. unrealistic workloads, lack of support, and a work environment that didn't prioritize mental health left many of us feeling undervalued and burned out. I felt hollow. We were frequently reminded that we could be replaced at any time. Instead of feeling valued, we were constantly made to feel like our positions were fragile.
