At Nitrous Design Studio, Prioritizing employees wellbeing: We were told that the team was the company's biggest investment, yet actions rarely reflected that. unrealistic workloads, lack of support, and a work environment that didn't prioritize mental health left many of us feeling undervalued and burned out. I felt hollow. We were frequently reminded that we could be replaced at any time. Instead of feeling valued, we were constantly made to feel like our positions were fragile. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
