Capgemini higher management is very useless. Capgemini management do not have any experience in handling engineering and research and development business. Altran and Aricent management was good well capable person to handle E R&D projects.

There is nothing to like about working at Capgemini, It was a nightmare for me.
Managers try to put in a spot, blaming you for something which you haven't done. They'll throw people out very easily. I have wasted 1 year just to get onboarding email from capgemini and later when I received, after my training, there were no projects and they wantedly conducted some exams, interviews and when we gave our 100%, gave all false feedback. I can never suggest Capgemini to anyone.

And training environment at Airoli is like hell in starting of 2024 almost 3 women freshers suffered from panic attacks and almost 80-90% trainees suffered from anxiety and depression.
