I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Work Details

Being Electrical Calibration Engineer my job was not only limited to calibration but also I did testing of new instructions and also some time our team made new electronic product under guidance of senior technical manager and our director.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
