1) Very less hike and promotion 2) HR department is very bad in terms of maintaining policy and is not concerned about any of the employees. They are just there for fun . 3) Some managers and employees got promotion just because they are close to their senior and not because of their performance. 4) frequent changes and transition,even if it is not required. Company is working in a manner as if no one knows anything. Also , there is no transperancy in communication , even if your manager or leadership knows the plan , they will not communicate with you and will give you surprise. 5) many other things as well....Read More

By far the best company i would say. Never rethink if you are offered a role here. havnet seen a better work life balance. several events are hosted time to time. it is a hierarchy less organisation so everybody is very friendly

so far there are no cons i just feel like the HRs at nielsen are the worst. they take months to reply to you and the hirirng process is very slow

The work culture over there is good compare to the other local or mnc's

What I dislike is the behaviour of HR department towards their employees is very bad they are not supportive at all in terms of promotions and in terms of employees mental health. And also they are not supporting at all on their own HR policies they alter the policies according to their benefit even employee would try to proof that policy to them but they never accept that.

The compensation is well below the market average. It's like you compromise on the salary to learn and develop skills, work in amazing projects, job satisfaction and mental health. But this can only be accepted till a certain point.

They is No Career Growth as Data Processing Analyst In NIQ, Based on Team You will get Data Entry Job and Handling Client Role, Its a Task Based Job, You will not work under Any Project. You may Work On Saturday or Sunday aslo Sometimes if they is many Tasks. They won't use Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Nothing. Its just their Own tool Which looks like excel you need to use that and its not the role which is related to Data Analyst role its a Data entry Job....Read More
