Support from managers are good but it depends on manager to manager. For some of the products they use the very old technology which is not good for the software developer who want to stay updated

Work is chill, you will get vibes of government job. Learnings, promotions and salaries are similar as well though :/

Bad culture and HR, you are not considered a part. They just consider you as a resource who came for sometime, and then you exit. Learning opportunities are bad and growth is slow af.
