Nothing So far. As management force people to work in those department in which they are not interested to work. Even Management always says we are like family but when you discuss your issues and challenges with the processes they won't help you. Despite of fulfilling all the the criteria to internal department change policy company harass you to work where you are not interested to work.

Dislikes

Management people at Vadodara office are not supportive and hence create a environment for employee to resign before finding another job.

Work Details

Initial 1.5 years was good and then without discussing with me they suddenly changed my department where I was not interested to work. I requested frequently to management that provide me the work in which I am having specific skills, but they denied.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
