This is very bad company. Employee working hard and they get fired off in a day. Even HR , manager pressurise them to put resign otherwise they terminate then...cheap company. Team leader she is very manipulative not trust worthy .

I like work culture of NIQ. Monthly, quarterly, Team & project based awards. It is possible to continue education with work at NIQ as associate have good amount of paid leave options as well indian occasions leave. NIQ have work life balance. Flexible working hour is best for those who comes from outside plus students. Also there is laptop plus screen which is health beneficial.

Dislikes

Company is good, but people are not.Sometimes people make Company worst place as they are very rigid on their promotional parameters. Even associate give them something better than others but they give promotions to those only to whom they wanted to give. They check escape of 1% even you didi something out of the box, they have simple excuse that you are out of the parameters, your communication skills, learning ability, grasping power not work there. Overall your extra work could not decide your promotion you need to do only work which assigned by superior within the parameters of promotion....Read More

Management in NielsenIQ is worst. Upper level Management works as if its their home Company and hardwork is not recognized. Very much partiality with the employees who are hardworking but do not have personal relationship with their managers. Worst Management ever experienced.
