Work culture is very poor and with immense pressure. No scope for growth. Appreciation just in position and increasing work load not in the salary. Management to hide their mistakes puts all blame on the lower levels and makes them responsible. Humans make mistakes that should be dealt with not to make felt with for long. Managementdoesn't understand that nobody is spotless and error free.Not so employee friendly environment and work culture. Work-Life balance not considered...Read More
