Lack of stability in leadership. Incorrect comp distributions globally. More opportunities for Americans including promotion during maternity leave, huge event of bias for American workforce. Power distribution in leadership leads to skews and territories where employees can grow better than other areas. Very very few opportunities for India HR.

By far the best company i would say. Never rethink if you are offered a role here. havnet seen a better work life balance. several events are hosted time to time. it is a hierarchy less organisation so everybody is very friendly
so far there are no cons i just feel like the HRs at nielsen are the worst. they take months to reply to you and the hirirng process is very slow
