Lack of stability in leadership. Incorrect comp distributions globally. More opportunities for Americans including promotion during maternity leave, huge event of bias for American workforce. Power distribution in leadership leads to skews and territories where employees can grow better than other areas. Very very few opportunities for India HR.

EU-RD OPS team management are very worst I have planned to resign upcoming month due to this toxic management. They told us there is no micromanagement but they are use a productivity tracker. If you are a favor of the manager or team leader they will change your datas in tracker to showcase you as a potential worker during appraisal time. However, if you are not favored but are a hardworking employee god only save you, they can easily change the datas and leave year end comments suggesting you need improve you performance. If you want to grow in the EU RD operations particularly in the UK team you need following skills: Come early in the morning scrolling Instagram or snapchat and showcase yourself as a hardworking employee. Don’t complete your work on time stay late night and leave. Showcase yourself are potential You don’t need to understand processes instead work for toxic manager not clients. Always say yes to everything. In meeting if they ask for suggestions its best to not share any if you do you become their first target leading to frustration and eventually leaving the company.
