Here's prior info of people you'll be dealing with; Rahul desai- His skillsets are really good of not knowing anything and being biased. Gel with him if you want to dance on his tunes. Anuj Parmar- He has got exciting skills as Junior associate , company should really think of promoting him as Junior associate instead of trainee associate. (Get to know about him prior) Vedangee Pol- She's really good in her role as not knowing why did she get hired in the company. not knowing of what, why and how best describes her role. Company wants to carry old baggage. Apart from this she's good at not leading teams. She can easily be promoted Anuj parmar's existing trainee role but with probation. Ajit tiwari- Good smiling face man backstabbing when best suits him especially during promotion cycles and not supporting during escalations. The company should look at arranging some trainings for all of them to get promoted for their excellent skills mentioned above. Apart from this, in the name of hybrid work policy, be ready to get called anytime anyday even when your roaster says wfh. until managers see you in office they don't feel comfortable- the colonial mindset! What I dislike is the behaviour of HR department towards their employees is very bad they are not supportive at all in terms of promotions and in terms of employees mental health.
