It has been 2 complete years in NielsenIQ, learning part is tremendous, I can say for fresher it is a great company to start career. Management is really good. Good work life balance.

The work culture over there is good compare to the other local or mnc's

What I dislike is the behaviour of HR department towards their employees is very bad they are not supportive at all in terms of promotions and in terms of employees mental health. And also they are not supporting at all on their own HR policies they alter the policies according to their benefit even employee would try to proof that policy to them but they never accept that.

You may Work On Saturday or Sunday aslo Sometimes if they is many Tasks. They won't use Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Nothing.
