Job is very insecure in this company. You may come to know your position has been dissolved all of a sudden. HR processes are not yet streamlined. Absolutely NO transparency of further progress path to any employee. Even managers are not given that visibility. MIS team is all messed up as it is completely operated from Israel. No orminimal rights provided to the teams in Pune. You will loose your technical skill-set if you continue to work in this team for over an year as there is no access or exposure to server infrastructure. You will have to work on user tickets of granting access. No growth prospects at all. No internal trainings provided, neither any reimbursements of external training and certifications. No value for work. Since they dont have testing team, Developers are supposed to work as testers plus developer. No work satisfaction as you work as a tester most of the time. Bad in terms of work life balance, since most of the time you will find yourself working till 8-9 pm. No Salary benefits whatsoever and promotions are appreciation are kins of out of the box for these guys.

No work life balance, worst among all the companies I have worked. There are calls at 10 pm or 12 pm IST even though you work in general shift. No time left for yourself or family. Very high work pressure, they hire 1 engineer if there is requirement for 4.
