No value for work. Since they dont have testing team, Developers are supposed to work as testers plus developer. No work satisfaction as you work as a tester most of the time. Bad in terms of work life balance, since most of the time you will find yourself working till 8-9 pm. No Salary benefits whatsoever and promotions are appreciation are kins of out of the box for these guys.

Too much of micromanagement. Inhuman expections from employees You are expecting to do work only irrespective of your mental health No QA within a team developer has to do everything. You would put into PIP and then forced to resign. Arrogant managers would make your life hell Join only if you don't love yourself.

No work life balance, worst among all the companies I have worked. There are calls at 10 pm or 12 pm IST even though you work in general shift. No time left for yourself or family. Very high work pressure, they hire 1 engineer if there is requirement for 4.

While I’ve had a positive experience at Nice Interactive, one challenge I've noticed is the occasional overlap of responsibilities across projects, which can sometimes lead to communication gaps or delays. However, I see this as an opportunity for improvement, and I believe that streamlining project management or improving communication between teams could help us work even more efficiently.

Overall Exp: I had deeply disappointing exp with this company. They exhibit a lack of moral values and frequently lay off employees without just cause. Developers are consistently placed under undue pressure, contributing to a toxic work environment. Work Culture: Work culture is poor, with employees being forced into posting positive reviews on social media. There is basic lack of respect for employees' well being and professional development. Management practice: When I was asked to resign, the company refused to honor the notice period pay, despite my willingness to serve the full notice period. When I referenced Indian labor laws, both the manager and HR shamelessly suggested I file a case against the company. I had to escalate the issue to India HR head to fight for my rightful notice pay. Advice to current Employees: If you are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan(PIP), do not waste time trying to improve within this scripted program. Instead, start preparing for your next job. Ensure you do not resign voluntarily, even if pressured to do so. Seel legal advice, as the company will do everything possible to avoid paying notice pay.
