Random priority work on weekends, policies changing overnight, notice period changed suddenly to 3months, 0 job security, heartless upper management, worst decision making, no vision, puppet of reliance, no appraisals, nepotism and favouritism is a common practice here, illiterate HRs, biasness in hiring. Hence one of the founder exited the company. Lunch and breakfast stopped which they bragged about in the job description as well. No apology from founder for not giving appraisal instead hrs conveyed that message using chatgpt. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. This company might pay a little extra from the industry but it's a trap. Nepotism sab jaga hai, all products are fail.....company has no money for appraisal or anything. Worst culture and management...it's the biggest mistake to join this company. Our office is also shutting down now and we all are called to Mumbai office. If we do not relocate then will be removed.

Everyone in higher position is bad and incompetent Upper management is one big family because everyone is everyone's brother sister wife husband Projects are bad, most get canceled PIP left right center Toxic culture Recently they changed notice period from 1 month to 3 months Started off as complete remote, now they have done 2days a month wfh. As mentioned with my ratings above, Fynd is an incredible place to work at, I love the environments, the events & learning seminar held almost every week, amazing managers and leaders we have have. very skilled & knowledge team-mates which makes my constantly improve my self to reach their level. Till date I do not have anything I dislike about Fynd. If i have to point out something i do not like/enjoy (gun to my head), it would be the chinese lunch which comes once in 2/3 weeks and pretty average Tea here(coffee's good).

Free food makes it easier for people living away from family

Extremely toxic. I couldn't go to sleep in peace thinking next day i have to go to office and deal with those people, the slack notification dingle gives me anxiety. This is not product based company this is a service company for motabhai. They even changed notice period to 90 days. All managers and sde3s are incompetent, have no management skills or experience as these people are just promoted to lead role because they've been in the company for too long or they're upper managements favorite. Work life balance and mental physical wellbeing is a joke here. If you decide to give up sleep and only work 24x7 you will become your managers favorite employee and your example will be given to others saying this is how ideal employee looks like. Sde3s and ems do absolutely nothing, attend three meetings a day and make s*hit ton of money. If you are your managers childhood friend or favorite in general then you can get away with absolutely no work else you will have to work till death to get appraisal....Read More

Fake emergencies, Unnecessary strict deadlines, No work life balance. You sit on edge of the seat and work for 10 hours from office and then you go home and work. So much work and work pressure that it feels like a Chinese factory - people are getting kidney stones as there is no time to relieve yourself, getting fatter by stress eating, getting hypertension as everything needs to be done by EOD. There is always a never ending list to finish. You get up and think about this work is remaining and that work is remaining. Code quality is so bad that most of the time is spent in testing and retesting, you keep on providing answers to reliance about why this issue keeps on happening again and again. No process for anything. If Reliance says they want now, you deliver now. You cannot pushback as they will call the founder and escalate and in the end, you will have to do it. Instead of product manager, you work as a Product owner, Customer support, Product support for Reliance. No product management is done if you get a Reliance product. Team managers don't manage teams properly as they are also firefighting all day or are just bad managers. All 5 stars are by HR and Admin department. Also, if you see on LinkedIn about the activities and think what a culture, remember that there is so much work that there is no time to attend any events. So many leaves provided, but you cannot take them as if you go on leave, then deadlines will pass and there is no substitute for handover. Also, even on leaves, you are expected to be available on Slack, calls, reply to emails, etc. I have seen Leads not taking vacations in years! No time to think about personal chores to do after office as you are working after reaching home and even if you get time you will have not mental bandwidth. How we use to think when we were kids that if it rains today then I will not have to give this test, same thing but instead of rain you are wishing for something else.
