Depends on too much on manager feedback, lacks preventive interventions by HR. However, depending on manager, it has still been fine for me.

Lead's lack of leadership

In team meet manager asked how's every thing going on in process. My lead came up with my mistake happened days back & which was resolved during that time itself. Was it required to utter about the mistake happened days back in team meet to manager, if it's setup for casual call. Although other team member's things weren't came out, rather process is good with no escalations from other end. Any idea how to deal with such ?
