Dislikes

No work life balance, worst among all the companies I have worked. There are calls at 10 pm or 12 pm IST even though you work in general shift. No time left for yourself or family. Very high work pressure, they hire 1 engineer if there is requirement for 4.

This company’s management makes false promises saying they have surplus cash reserves and they wont layoff anyone. The management does not even stick to their words. Managers are puppets and dont take stand of their subordinates. They are forcing many of their employees to resign. Since being an long term employee for more than halfof a decade, these people asked me and many like me to resign reasoning performance issues even though my performance was “Successful”.
