Dislikes

No work life balance, worst among all the companies I have worked. There are calls at 10 pm or 12 pm IST even though you work in general shift. No time left for yourself or family. Very high work pressure, they hire 1 engineer if there is requirement for 4.

Lead's lack of leadership

In team meet manager asked how's every thing going on in process. My lead came up with my mistake happened days back & which was resolved during that time itself. Was it required to utter about the mistake happened days back in team meet to manager, if it's setup for casual call. Although other team member's things weren't came out, rather process is good with no escalations from other end. Any idea how to deal with such ?

This company’s management makes false promises saying they have surplus cash reserves and they wont layoff anyone. The management does not even stick to their words. Managers are puppets and dont take stand of their subordinates. They are forcing many of their employees to resign. Since being an long term employee for more than halfof a decade, these people asked me and many like me to resign reasoning performance issues even though my performance was “Successful”. They purposely play dirty politics and degrade the performance. Never ever join this organisation, you will spoil your life and career....Read More

NICE is a great place to work. It has great culture and lots of growth opportunities. NICE Pune office have vibrant atmosphere and plenty of engagement activities are planned through out the year to keep employees engaged both on entertainment & technical level. Overall NICE is nice to work at!!
