The company is awesome if you want to do real work. The company mainly works with AWS, but slowly also integrating with Azure. It has a great work culture. The CEO will always come up with some great fun activity with awesome prizes. The company always helps the employee to upskill and for that they pay for all certifications or any costly course.

If your team is good then you will able to survive otherwise its lots of pressure game not with respect to code but with respect to testing because product was having lots of testing and code changes is of 1 liner. Lots of configuration stuff and no new tech stack you will able to learn. It's legacy product with old tech stack. It'smoving to new tech but it's tightly coupled so no chances of updating. Management is good but they are supportive until you are doing good otherwise it make worse to you. Its good working when your team is nice and manager is nice but sometimes if wrong Upper guys in your then it will impact worse on your efforts as well as work life balancing. Single line changes for 1 day and testing takes me 5 to 10 days still I facing issue in configuration and setup. Support work I like until its not breaking work life balance.

Not good in work life balance because lots of work and you will need to manage to delivery. You might need to come on Saturday for support for critical escalation
