Company is good providing Cab facility, and provide hybrid module.

Dislikes

Management is poor, exerting excessive pressure on employees and offering no support. Despite promises, salary hikes are not given. Many employees are put on Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) right when bonuses are due, causing them to lose their bonuses and rendering their year-long efforts futile. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
