Office politics bohot hai. Yeah apka skill k basis mai kuch nhi hota jo senior bolega wahi hoga. Senior bohot ganda hai, smne achha bat krke management k pass complain krta hai. Job security ekdum nhi hai, senior jo kahega uske basis mai apko job se nikala jayga. Junior ko respect nhi milta khas krke girls. Unke hisab se girls office hai hone se mind distract hota hai.
