Work life balance is perfect. Because Niagara products are useless so they have very small customer base.

Dislikes

The management is poor. The product is vulnerable and buggy. The product works on Layer-1.5. The device is more stupid than a L2 hub/switch. They lay-off many people without any intimation. Learning is absolute ZERO. This company is not recommended for experienced folks. You Will literally degrade your career if you join the company. Please do background check of the company and analyse the Financial status of any small company you are going to join. Joining Niagara is my worst decision in life....Read More
