I strongly advise against working at Neutara . My manager mentally harassed me, assigned tasks beyond my role, and hindered my growth. Despite speaking to HR about changing my pod group , they ignored my concerns . My manager insulted me during standup calls. blamed me for mistakes, and tortured me, especially during the time of salary hike</mark>. Her behavior led me to depression , and I endured it out of respect, which exploited. The company only cares about getting work done and doesn't value employees afterward. I wouldn't recommend this toxic workplace to anyone....Read More
