Job Description :

We are looking for immediate joiners

• Record Keeping: Accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
  
• Ledger Management: Maintain and balance the general ledger by ensuring that all entries are accurate and up-to-date.
  
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, ensure timely payment of bills, and manage accounts receivable by tracking incoming payments.
  
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements by comparing them with the general ledger to ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
  
• Payroll Processing: Assist in the processing of payroll by ensuring that all employee hours and deductions are accurately recorded.
  
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review.
  
• Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
  
• Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and ensure that they are recorded and categorized correctly.
  
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor actual spending against the budget.
  
• Inventory Management: Track inventory purchases and sales, and adjust the inventory accounts as necessary.
  
• Audit Preparation: Assist with audits by providing accurate financial records and supporting documentation as needed.
  
• Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records, ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible for audit purposes.
