During my time at this company, I faced significant challenges that impacted my professional growth and mental well-being. My manager created a hostile work environment by ignoring task updates, misrepresenting my efforts during performance evaluations, and unfairly influencing salary hike discussions. Recognition for my work was often given to others, while I was subjected to unwarranted criticism. These actions, coupled with a lack of support from HR , made the situation even more challenging. Despite raising concerns, HR failed to address issues such as correcting my designation during the full-and-final settlement process. Additionally, I observed similar treatment being extended to other colleagues, highlighting systemic problems within the workplace.
