Students get cheated , Please do not join . and for women there s no respect and not safe .

I couldnt cheat students by lying that we give 100 per training and all bull shit s , and no respect for women and biased behaviour with students and trainers , managers a womenizer

I worked 1.8 years. There were no continuous 9 hours timings.. No salary increments. Last month salary is cut if we leave. No Pf, no medical facility, so no security... Salary also less.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
