Well a lot of things to say here. - Firstly they don’t have projects - Mostly support work is done here - Singapore administration decide everything - If you are experienced, you will loose a lot of your knowledge - Office timings Morning 6 AM to 3 PM - They are calling employees at 6 AM in the morning there is no food facilities available in the office till 8 AM - Outside shops will also open at 8 AM - Politics at small level - they don’t value skilled employees - They are running the business in India just to save the money - Office culture is terrible - only known one gets the salary hike - a lot of groups culture is here based on language and area you are from - If you are in at peak of job need then also don’t join...Read More
