Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

Management are much focused on Tea ,coffee and Employee personal life.And the keep in related worst fellows to fellow you.And they will chase you even in your personal lifes. Disgusting and Namely Narsimha reddy pet dog for MD , Worst Fellow is the main reason and Mr Sharma is the second cunning fellow in the company always trying to escape from the context even being as a director for the company.
