Boss of the company is very stupid person. He always give all the power to juniors and even seniors can not take any action. He always give preference to PHP team and stupid persons. He always motivate and promote to stupid and inadequate employess. He always give false promises. This is a fraud company.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
