The company is readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact I am s part of a team. As a result, I got to travel to US.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
