Not get salary on time.. May be in 2 month... Average wage is lower. Work culture is worst.. Its like head, hr, editor all are of same family who no nothing about media... Just head had experience and all other member just sit and tell you to work

Its not good place to work.. Just if you are fresher you can learn basic.. Other wise it is worse place to work now

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
