NHLML being the nodal agency appointed by the government is tasked with implementing logistics and public transportation projects and policies on a country wide scale. The opportunities to interact and work with industry leaders and other big players is a major plus point

Job security - Excellent
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Micromanagement. Division heads do not know how to be a leader and have no idea of handling and distributing the work among the team. Senior officers are always hostile, they do not have the decency to talk in a polite and respectful tone to their juniors.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
