Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.

Lot of politics . There is very less opportunities to grow in the organisation. People side line you if you are good at work as they think you will be on the way on their progress which is a very bad mentality in any organisation. They treat professionals as cheap labours which is not acceptable . First they should learn to respect professionals then only people will stay for longer term .

I dislike poor salary ,no other benefits and dramatic shortage of supply since Feb 2011 in addition to the security reasons for every person in Libya since that date .
