Nothing. Fraud company fraud hr. He plays his Muslim religion card and brings good candidate here by keeping ambiguity once candidate join no paper work is given everything is vague no written documentation. He ruins careers of good candidate. I request whosoever is reading my review please never ever come to this company. Everyone has their lobby even if you try to review on linkedin people will praise but reality totally different Everyone is fraud here. Earlier they were operating in the name of sofcon which was a jv of amec foster wheeler and NACEC but after split when foster wheeler ditched them for their this behavior and malpractices they started operated independently. They give offer letter in name of NACEC and then one day suddenly they will highlight they have visa quota issue and will say you will be joining our sister company projeco once visa quota is free we will transfer you to parent company NACEC and this way they execute their biggest scam. No proper contract is given nor paper one nor digital one even if it is given they will put clauses which will always favour them that only first party has right to terminate it and once you join them you are fully trapped.
