I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

This company is good if you are a fresher and want to explore in trading firm.

Dislikes

Company policies are one sided and zero percent job security. They hire for a short period when company have work and after two to three months when tjey feel no such work is there they throw out the person for no reason.
