I learnt very good through my seniors and colleagues. We were doing celebrations of birthday and other activities together. We were like a good team.

Dislikes

Company do not provide any compensation of the extra hour work. No gratuity in this company. Basic salary is very low. No transport or allowance is provided until we fight for it.

we have handled big and outside projects in this company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
