It gives you an opportunity for work from anywhere which is a great initiative, as it focuses on delivery of work more than a strict time schedule .It definately helps in increased productivity.
Your demand in a department is directly proportional to the need your manager has. They hire on requirement basis and once that requirement is finished, u are free without any work. Also organisation is very good but how your job is going to be depends on your manager. So if u have a good manager good for you else corporate politics and favoritism goes on here.

The only good thing there is about work-life balance. They are not very strict about office hours and it's possible to work form home sometimes.
The higher management has absolutely no plan or foresight. They hire and fire people each 3 months due to sheer lack of vision and know-how on how to better utilize and allocate the resources. It's shameful and outrageous.

No opportunity to grow. If you are technical person you will not find much opportunities. Higher management are clueless, and do not have skills to negotiate with clients. You can be put into PIP and eventually fired even though your care feedback was good.,. HR will just dance like puppet to Manager and will issue PIP to you with just one meeting and you will be shown door. 5. No projects in SAP... Except Siemens they don't have any projects...they will give you dummy S4 system when you are hired and will put you on bench and you will be giving demo to other teams members on new SAP topics. 6. Company is about the leaders and managers. If you get good team and the manager, company is good else we know what to do...
1. Multiple rounds and course learnings to get promoted but it will be the dry one i.e. no hike on promotion. 2. No good hikes even on appraisal cycle after promotion. 3. Yearly appraisal percentage is lowered down than what was there 3 years ago.

manager are supportive
They force you to work on things that are not beneficial for you, and then they base promotions on skills you are not allowed to work on. The promotion process is terrible. They expect you to complete full-fledged projects in addition to your regular work, and promotions are dry not salary increment.
