Nagarro knowns for job security earlier but from last year onwards they are laying off their employees and that is not good at all. Also zero Onside opportunity

Work from anywhere is only plus till that exists.

Dislikes

No hikes company wide since August 23 & no new updates when increments will resume. Learning are pushed but standards are quite average and you will feel that your time is wasted on things you already know or you need not to know.

It's permanent work from home, no-one come to office. So complete loss of personal touch and learning from each other. And first time I saw that company have promotion interviews and it's like your applying for new job. They are totally demotivating for many.

Don't join this company as fresher , if u are just an average learner probability of u not clearing third party interview will be high and they have 3 month bench policy.

The leave policy, only 7 public holidays instead of 10, and casual and sick leaves are combined with a total of 10 all major orgs provide 10 casual + 7 sick + 10 public holidays + 12 to 18 Privilege leaves
