company has gone down, cost cutting, hiring-firing is new norm. Hikes are very bad as low as 1-2%, it has become like other witch company.

Nagarro provides one of best working experience in a multi national organization. It really amazes me how well the organization can maintain the equality and flat hierarchy structure with 15000+ employee globally. The leadership team is very transparent and easy to reach out to.

Every other company announces work from home as Option. But Nagarro announced Work from Anywhere policy that is really cool. It takes immense courage to announce such things. But Nagarro went ahead and did it.
