I have previously worked with many bigger Brands like Amazon, IBM, Deutsche Bank but Nagarro is the best Company when it comes to Employee satisfaction. I have seen sheer dedication of our Company pioneers and empathy they showed during the Corona pandemic by directly reaching out to families of our Colleagues who had suffered. I really felt like a Family in a workplace for the first time. Nagarro is always leading when it comes to evolving as per era and WFA (work from anywhere) is prime example of this. A constantly working people enablement team and other non-technical team coming up with one thing or the other every once in a while. Company policies look employee-friendly. Management works good which happens to have interestingly very very less to nil politics. Growth opportunities available. Talks about new and latest technologies, attentive HR team, friendly managers are all a big plus.

Dislikes

While Nagarro is trying hard to be inclusive, I see the dominance of Hindi across the company as the vast majority of employees of Nagarro speak Hindi, the rest sometimes feel excluded. Even in the entertainment and employee enablement activities, it's evident as for example, a stand-up comedy show organized is purely based out of Hindi artists. Work culture is very good in Nagarro. Managers are very polite and supportive. Work from anywhere facility is best among all industries. Apart from work there are so much interesting activities always happening. One there was my dream to join this company. Now my dream is to become a very important part of this organisation by giving my 100%.

Nothing to dislike so far. just an advice if you join Nagarro then make sure to complete formalities like providing insurance details, pf details, investment declaration at the earliest because later you will not be able to change it throughout the year.

I like the HR policies in first place, I never see an HR team which is so professional and quick in recruitment. And the company policies are good. The comoany has strong client base and we get the opportunity to work on varies domain and skill set. Some people working here has robust in knowledge and company takes all the initiative to share the knowledge between the people.
