They take freshers and provide opportunity to learn and grow. You can learn new technologies here but absolutely depend on your luck if the manager and project is good you can work 5 to 6 hr then spend time in learning but if the project and manager are worst then trust me working more that 8 hr and completing our work on time canget you fired or every day as hell and there could be lot of micro management. There is the review system here every month from client and also from manager if you get less than high value , Like "ok" you are done for start looking for another job. If the project is good you can work from home permanently thorough out the project....Read More
