Nagarro takes care of its employees, it offers project switch and also offers various learning opportunities to explore latest technologies. Annual hikes are good and better then industry average. With culture of very flexible with with from home even before the pandemic

Work life balance will be in the poor side, you probably have to work for majority of your day, project transition is generally not smooth and you are left with on your own. Most of the time project to will get well not be as per your skillet it experience and it will depend on project requirements.
