Nagarro is emloyee-centric. The fact that they have equal focus on their clients and employees is quite evident everyday. The work culture is great with absolutely no micro-management, which I've seen in some of the other big service-based firms. Management is greatly supportive of your growth as well as your ambitions. On-site opportunities are aplenty if you get into that sort of a project. Excellent culture, non-hierarchical, job security, company policies, appraisals and everything one can look for.

Dislikes

Companies are good but it is the people that work in the company makes it bad. 99% of people are amazing here but there are a couple of people with whom I had a really bad experience. Genus(technology change) change is really hard here even if you are one of the best resource of your team and ready to give all that you have.

Work from anywhere is a good initiative, so people can work from their place as per convenience. Non hierarchical culture is here, so once can approach the top management easily.

Dislikes

There is a bit discrimination among who joined Nagarro as fresher and those who join later from other organizations. Not equal opportunity for all to grow. No or say very little onsite outside India opportunities

Have been working with nagarro for 7.5 years after changing two companies in 5 years. Never had a feeling to switch to another company after coming here. Most of the things are smooth and comfortable, a few things like career growth and opportunities are where you have to put extra effort from your side.

Dislikes

Even after performing best in your projects, you have to put extra effort for your promotions.

The people in the project and the company are caring. The top management is wise and that helps to drill down good vibes to the project and account level. They offer great work life balance and have better compensation than peers in the market.

With growing teams, efforts have to be made to increase the cohesion and belongingness , specially when WFH

some trainings are not worth attending. Better to get yourself trained from recognized institutes and get certified instead of internal trainings. Very few Paternity Leaves (only 2).
