Likes

Nice place to work as fresher engineer. You get trained under structural engineer Mr. Nikhil Sheth Sir. He is very disciplined and highly knowledged person and guide very well to his employee. You get to learn structural things very deeply. You work with various contractors, architect, consultant who have nice profile.

Dislikes

Not much employee in the office, office in thane but most site are in south bombay so travelling is bit heavy and also visiting multiple site. Salary is not better for new joiners.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
