To be Honesty: My experience with this company has been quite disappointing. The organizational culture lacks transparency. and there seems to be a pervasive issue of dishonesty from employees to the CEO. Rules are discussed but not consistently followed, and decisions are often made without proper communication with the staff. The Director, Seema Variya, has been a particularly challenging figure, consistently displaying rude behavior and often assigning blame without merit. This creates a hostile work environment, making it difficult for employees to thrive. Salary disbursement has been consistently delayed, contributing to financial instability and dissatisfaction among the workforce. Additionally, there is a concerning lack of job security and opportunities for professional development. The absence of trust, inefficient operating systems, and a lack of proper guidance make the overall work experience quite frustrating. In summary, the company's current state is characterized by a culture of lies, a dearth of job security, Limited opportunities for growth, and operational inefficiencies.
