I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

The company not giving salary in time. Still now they are not giving my rest salary. No job security. This company ony taking Banifit from you, after project thay kicked employees.
