Likes

Salary timing is very good and other benefits are good . But there is no increment & carrer growth.

Dislikes

Incharges are really very bad. Pharmacist incharge vishal sharma's behaviour is too rough. He treats employees like dog.

Likes

Salary is good but no increment. Some departments are really to good. But pharmacy department is very bad.

Dislikes

Pharmacist department is very poor. Incharge's (Vishal Sharma) behavior is too rough. He treats employees like his property. Work timing is good. Less increment .

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
